Robert D. Mims IV, SRA is the owner and chief appraiser. Mr. Mims is a state certified residential appraiser specializing in complex residential properties and litigation. He has been appraising in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay counties for eight years. In addition, he is FHA approved, an active Realtor, and a certified real property inspector. Mr. Mims holds the SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Robert is a member of an Appraisal Institute national committee entitled the Admissions and Designation Qualification Committee (ADQC). He is also a Director of the Northwest Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. In addition, Bob has served on the MLS Rules Committee for ECAR for three years. In addition, effective 2012, Robert will become Vice-President of the Appraisal Institute’s Northwest Florida Chapter.

Robert is a 2011 graduate of Northwest Florida State College where he earned a B.A.S. in Project Management. In August 2010, Robert attended the Appraisal Institute’s Instructor Leadership and Development Conference (ILDC) held in Chicago Illinois. Upon successfully competing before a panel of experienced instructors, including several PhDs, and completing subsequent additional instructor requirements, Robert earned the title Associate Instructor. Moreover, Robert is actively working on earning his Florida state certified general certification and MAI designation.

Jennifer P. Anthony-Mims is an appraiser trainee. Other than a few more classes, she is eligible for state certification. Jennifer is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. Her background is in banking. She spent 14 years with the nation’s largest lender in operations, management, etc. Jennifer is currently enrolled in Northwest Florida State College studying accounting.

Jennifer is the main point of contact between our staff and our clients. She controls our central computer data base which is the technical hub of our business. She makes commitments for our firm regarding assignments and manages the work flow to make sure that our deadlines are met. She is the always accessible central point to answer questions, and to ensure that our clients and their customers are satisfied that their needs are being met. We have also employed other appraisers from time to time to meet client demands.
